Apparently unique and of great interest
Lot 2821
Commemorative Series, 317-320 (?). AE (Bronze, 16 mm, 1.03 g), Thessalonica (?). Eight-rayed star; below, H. Rev. C / A V / O within laurel wreath terminating in central medaillon. Asolato 2012, fig. 32. S. Bendall: Two new anonymous Constantinian coins, in: NumCirc CXVI.4 (August 2008), fig. 7 (this coin). Ramskold, Coins and medallions (2011), p. 153, 17 A (this coin). RIC -. Apparently unique and of great interest. Minor smoothing and the reverse a bit weak, otherwise, good very fine.

From the collection of Dr. L. Ramskold, ex Classical Numismatic Group 75, 23 May 2007, 1145.

This coin was the subject of a detailed analysis by Bendall (2008). It is the only example known with the letter H at the end of one of the rays of the star. The meaning of the H is unknown. Suggestions for the mint of Heraclea are improbable, as certain Thessalonica examples have the mint mark on the other side, beneath the wreath.
